How to Order a Certified Copy of Articles of Organization or a Certified Copy of Articles of Incorporation

A certified copy of your Articles of Organization or Articles of Incorporation can be ordered by fax, mail, or in person but we recommend faxing. Normal processing takes up to 2 weeks, plus additional time for mailing, and costs $15.00. Expedited processing is not available. However, if you specifically state a deadline on your request and provide pre-addressed prepaid mailing instructions, they will do their best to process your request as quickly as possible.

In Person:Requests are taken in person, however, will still be processed in the order it was received through the Juneau office only. Any requests received by the Anchorage office will be sent to the Juneau office for processing.
