Alaska corporations are separate legal entities established by the shareholders. The shareholders elect to have an incorporator make the action to incorporate an Alaska corporation to create a separate entity from them personally.

An incorporating Alaska ending such as inc, corporation, or incorporated, a perpetual status, a corporation purpose, an amount of Alaska corporation shares you would like to authorize, the amount of shares you are issuing, the name and address of the Alaska corporation directors, the date you would like the AK corporation executed, the name and address of the Alaska incorporator, and the registered agent of the proposed Alaska corporation.  Alaska is the only state in America that requires you to disclose the actual shareholders when you form an Alaska corporation.
