TAn initial report is due within 6 months and it is free to file online. The initial report can be filed at the same time as your articles of organization.

You will have biennial reports due January 2nd and the fee will be $100.00.

Alaska does not have a personal net income tax.

Alaska has no sales tax, however, a lot of cities and towns do have a local sales tax, such as Juneau of 1.13%. Anchorage does not have a local sales tax.

1. You file the articles of incorporation for an Alaska Corporation with the State of Alaska Division of Corporations, Business, and Professional Licensing.
