If you are doing business in all 51 jurisdictions, we offer a discounted price of $2000.00 a year, plus State filing fees to handle all 51 States.If you don't want to worry about keeping up on your annual reports, this might be a nice service for you. If you fail to file your annual reports, most States will administratively dissolve your corporation or LLC. If you get administratively dissolved, you may have to re-qualify or reinstate your company. Usually there are high late fees and penalties if you have to do this.
