If you are doing business in all 51 jurisdictions, we offer a discounted price of $2000 a year, plus state filing fees to handle all 50 states/51 jurisdictions.
If you don't want to worry about keeping up on your annual reports, this might be a nice service for you. If you fail to file your annual reports, most states will administratively dissolve your corporation or LLC.
