I already filed my annual report with the Secretary of State. Why are you still sending me reminders?
We know it is easy to lose track of all the state reporting requirements. So we send automated emails based on your filing date. Those emails are timed so that you have advance notice of the report due date. But with most states, we have no way of tracking when you have already filed the annual report, or the state may have the report in process for filing while our system is sending you notifications.
If the annual reports reminder emails start to annoy you, there is a link in the email to "turn off" the reminders for the current year.
