How to order an Apostille Certificate from the Arkansas Secretary of State

An original or certified copy is required. A certified copy of your articles and an Apostille can be requested at the same time. It can be ordered by fax, email, mail, phone or in person, but we recommend faxing, only if requesting the certified copy at the same time. Normal processing takes up to 24 hours, plus additional time for mailing, and costs $10.00. Always provide the name of the country needing an Apostille.

We recommend that you follow up your fax request with a phone call to provide your credit card information to speed up processing. Do not send your credit card information by fax.

You may email your order only if requesting the certified copy at the same time. Provide the business name, request for a certified copy of the document and a daytime phone number so that they may contact you for credit card information or with any questions on your email request.


By Mail:

Provide the business name, original document or request for a certified copy of the document, payment for fees and a daytime phone number for any questions on your request cover letter.


By Phone:

Call 1-888-233-0325 to request your certified copy and Apostille documents. Have your credit card information handy.

In Person:

If you choose to stop by in person, they will handle your request as quickly as possible. You must provide an original or certified copy of the document.


Do you need to order a certified copy at the same time or does the fee include a certified copy?

A certified copy can be ordered at the same time. This fee does not include a certified copy.


How much does it cost to obtain an Arkansas State Apostille?

$10.00 per document.
