You may call in your order only if requesting the certified copy at the same time. They can give you a specific timeframe and specific fees for processing. You will want to have the business name handy when making your call. You will need to provide a check or money order for payment either by mail or when you pick it up in person.

In Person:

Requested documents can usually be provided the same day. You must provide a certified copy or original document. You will want to have your payment handy.


Do you need to order a certified copy at the same time or does the fee include a certified copy?

A certified copy can be ordered at the same time. This fee does not include a certified copy.


How much does it cost to obtain a Rhode Island Apostille?

$5.00 per document for normal processing.
