Normal processing takes up to 3 days, plus additional time for mailing, and costs $3. Expedited service is not available. Always provide the name of the country needing a Wyoming Apostille or Certificate of Authentication.

In Person:
Requested documents usually take at least 24 hours. You must provide a certified copy or original document. You will want to have your payment handy.

Do you need to order a certified copy at the same time or does the fee include a certified copy?

A certified copy can be ordered at the same time. This fee does not include a certified copy.
