When is the Annual Report Due?All corporations must file an annual report once each year. The report is due on the anniversary or when you initially filed in Arizona. So if you filed your corporation 1/15/2005, your next report would be due by 1/15/2006.Effective March 28, 2008: Expedited annual reports filed online will be processed in "real time", meaning that your corporation will be in good standing immediately after completing your payment transaction. What is the cost to file the annual report?For Profit Corp: $45 filing fee + late penalties or reinstatement fees that may be applicable.Non-profit corp: $10 filing fee + any reinstatement fees that may be applicable. $35 expedite fee All regular filings, expedite and electronic filing fees are NON-REFUNDABLE Late fees?Penalties begin accruing the day after the due date. Make check or money order payable to the Arizona Corporation Commission and mail or deliver to : Arizona Corporation Commission How do I get notified:The Corporation Commission will no longer be automatically mailing out the forms. A postcard reminder notice will be issued instead to customers to file the annual report with various options available. The due date for the corporations is printed in the middle of the reminder notice.As of September 2009, the Commission will discontinue mailing out annual report reminder notices. The Arizona Corporation Commission will send only one postcard notice reminding the corporation of the due date. Who can file?All corporations must read the declarations. If they have complied and if they have completed the Annual Report, then the applicable officer(s) listed in section 7 must acknowledge by signing the report.
