How to get a Certificate of Good Standing from the State of Arizona

You can order by mail, in person or online, but we recommend online. Normal processing takes up to 2 weeks, plus additional time for mailing, and costs $10.00. Expedited service is available for $35.00 more and should take less than 10 days, plus additional time for mailing. If you order online you will be able to print out the requested document as soon as the payment has been processed.

Go to the Electronic Filing Options on the website and follow the instructions provided. You can pay by Visa, MasterCard or American Express. You will be able to print the certificate yourself in pdf format immediately and verify it online. Expedite fees apply.

By Mail:
Provide the Corporate Records Order Form and write “Certificate of Good Standing” in the space marked “Other” on the request form. We recommend that you provide a daytime phone number for any questions on your request cover letter.

In Person:
Expedite fees apply if requesting the document in person.

How much does an Arizona Certificate of Good Standing cost?

$10.00 for normal processing.
$45.00 for expedited processing.
Note: All fees are non-refundable.

Is expedited processing available?

Yes. An expedited service fee of $35.00 is required, in addition to the regular $10.00 fee.

How will the Certificate of Good Standing come back after I order from the State of Arizona?

If not ordering online, it will be returned by regular mail, fax or pick up only. Check the applicable box on the order form. Return service by email is not available.
