How to Order a Certified Copy of Articles of Organization or a Certified Copy of Articles of Incorporation from the State of Arizona

A certified copy of your Articles of Organization or Articles of Incorporation can be ordered by mail or in person, but we recommend mailing. Normal processing takes up to 2 weeks, plus additional time for mailing, and costs 50 cents per page, not to exceed $15.00. LLC documents will have additional charges. Expedited service is available for $35.00 more and should take less than 10 days, plus additional time for mailing.
