What are the options and different ways you can change your Alaska registered agent?

All you need to do is provide the completed Statement of Change Registered Agent or Registered Agent Address (form #08-615) form, in duplicate, to the Division of Corporations, Business, and Professional Licensing, Corporations Section, by mail, fax or in person. The president or vice president of the corporation, a member, manager or attorney in fact of a limited liability company, or a general partner of a limited partnership or limited liability partnership must sign this statement. If you fax your application, a Credit Card Payment Form is required. You should include the credit card form if you are filing by mail and you would like to pay by credit card. The Division will also accept a check or money order payable to the State of Alaska.

Faxed signatures are acceptable on all filings.

You cannot change the Alaska registered agent while filing your annual report. You must use the Statement of Change form to change your registered agent information.

How much does it cost to change your registered agent in Alaska?
