Then you just complete the form with the name and address of your new registered agent in the appropriate fields, and click “Submit”. A Transaction Preview page will allow you to double check your form or report. After submitting the document, the Online Payment page will be displayed for either credit or debit card number or prepaid account information. Only click on “Pay Now” once to avoid multiple charges to your account. After the payment has been processed, the Confirmation page will be displayed for you to print out a copy for your records. You are encouraged to provide an e-mail address on the change form or periodic report. It will not appear on your filed documents, but is the only method of receiving notices from the Colorado Secretary of State. All Colorado Corporations or LLCs, both foreign and domestic, have a three-month Periodic Report period. It is the yearly quarter in which the business was registered in Colorado. The Colorado Secretary of State will notify you by e-mail at the beginning of the three-month period.
