What are the options and different ways you can change your Missouri registered agent?
All you need to do is provide the completed Statement of Change of Registered Agent and/or Registered Office (Corp. 59) form, to the Secretary of State by mail, by fax or in person. The Registered Agent needs to sign the Statement of Change of Registered Agent form - or they may attach a separate, originally executed written consent to the form in lieu of the signature.
If you're filing your annual report online, there is not an option to change your Missouri registered agent. You can either file the report online and send in the change of agent form
separately, or change your registered agent at the same time as filing your annual report, if you file the report by mail.
