What are the options and different ways you can change your New Mexico registered agent?

To change your corporations New Mexico registered agent, file DPR-RAA, Statement of Change of Registered Office or Registered Agent, or Both, with the New Mexico Public Regulation Commission - Corporations Bureau (PRC).
To change your LLCs New Mexico registered agent, file Form LLC-RAA, Statement of Change of Registered Office or Registered Agent, or Both with the (PRC).
How much does it cost to change your registered agent in New Mexico?
There is a $25 filing fee to change your corporations registered agent in New Mexico.
There is a $20 filing fee to change your LLCs New Mexico registered agent.

New Mexico PRC requires the registered agent to accept appointment. There is an additional portion of the change of agent form for the registered agent to complete and sign. The pre-populated forms are available in your account when you sign up for New Mexico registered agent service with Northwest, but because New Mexico requires original signatures, we mail out our signed part the day you sign up for service.
Since New Mexico requires original signatures so you can only file by mail or in person. Payment of the filing fee can be made by check or money order.
