Normal processing takes up to 5 business days, plus additional time for mailing, and costs $55 for certification. Expedited service is available for $105 more and should take less than 24 hours, plus additional time for mailing.

In Person:
If you choose to stop by in person, they will handle your request as if received by fax or mail and you must provide the Order Form.

How much does it cost to obtain a certified copy of Connecticut Articles of Incorporation or Connecticut Articles of Organization?

$55 for normal processing.
$105 for expedited processing.

Is expedited processing available?

Yes. An expedited service fee of $50 is required, in addition to the regular $55 fee. The requested document will be mailed the following business day at 4:00 p.m.
