What is the total fee to have you incorporate a business entity?
Your total incorporation cost will depend on the state you file in and the type of business entity. The state fees vary and many states offer multiple levels of expedited processing. In many states, you can incorporate a business online and often this is the fastest way or well worth paying the processing fee. Some states also require an initial report to be filed, usually within 30-90 days of formation and some states, such as Nevada, require an initial filing and fees paid to their department of revenue.
If you would also like us to form your company or register an existing company in another state, our registered agent service is just $125 a year and the additional fees are $100 for our filing service, plus the state's filing fees.
We always recommend that potential clients check out our sign up forms. This is a really great way to find out how much it will cost to incorporate. You will see the state processing time AND the total fees before you sign up. You can also choose optional items such as a corporate book or a federal tax ID number.
