What are my annual fees going to be?
In most states, other than taxes, businesses will have two annual business costs related to maintaining good standing with the state.
Most states require registered businesses to file a periodic report to stay in good standing. In almost every state, this means filing an annual report and paying the state's fee.
The state requires you to maintain a registered agent, so you will also want to renew our service annually. Each year, we will send you an invoice with instructions for cancelling or renewing our service.
