With our Revenue registration service, we’ll actually register your business to make withholdings and set up accounts with the State and local authorities. We’re a little different than a lot of services you find on the internet. We actually operate and pay taxes in every State. We know that incorporating is just the first step. You then need to register with the Department of Revenue to fully start your business in the State you’re operating in.

This can be complex or simple depending on your type of business. Most Departments of Revenue do not have a filing fee to set up accounts with them.

We’ll gather information from you in order to determine which State and local agencies you will need to register with. We’ll prepare the documents for your signing, and make sure they will be accepted. We will then get them to you for your signing, and give you instructions of what comes next.

We will also do a search to see if you will need to register with the county and city(s) you’ll be working in.
