How to file your Hawaii Business Registration Division annual report:Hawaii has a nice online annual report filing system. Just follow the link below and enter your corporation, PC, LLC, GP, LP, LLP, or nonprofit file number. You can find your file number on your reminder postcard. If you need your file number you can call or email the Hawaii Business Registration Division (BREG). If you want to file a paper annual report form, you can mail it in. The forms are available on Hawaii BREG website on the ‘PDF Forms, Fees and Information’ page. Note that the paper forms are different for each entity type. Most annual report forms can be found in your online account if ‘Northwest’ is your Hawaii registered agent. When is the Hawaii Annual Report Due?HI Corporations, LLCs, LLLPs, LLPs, LPs and GPs must file annual reports with the Hawaii BREG by the end of the quarter you originally filed in.
