How much does it cost to obtain a certified copy of Hawaii Articles of Incorporation or Hawaii Articles of Organization?

$10 plus 25 cents per page for normal processing.
$20 plus 25 cents per page for expedited processing.

Is expedited processing available?

Yes. An expedited service fee of $10 is required, in addition to the regular $10 fee.
