Requested documents can usually be provided within 2 days. You will want to have your payment handy.


How much does it cost to obtain a certified copy of Iowa Articles of Incorporation or Iowa Articles of Organization?

$5.00 plus $1.00 per page, for normal processing.
$1.00 per page return fax charge.
