You can file your annual report online very quickly or you can use your Kentucky ID number and pull up a pre-printed paper version online that you can print out and mail in.

When is the Kentucky Annual Report due?

Kentucky annual reports are due June 30th each year.

What is the cost to file the Kentucky annual report?

LLC's and corporations cost $15.00
Domestic Kentucky Non-profits cost $4.00
Foreign Non-profit organizations cost $8.00

Late fees?

You get a 60 day delinquent notice mailed September 1st with another 60 day window to get your report filed by October 31st. They will then dissolve your Kentucky company or revoke your privilege to do business in Kentucky.

How do I get notified?

You'll get a reminder post card sent to the company's principal address on record with the state.
