How to order a certified copy of Articles of Organization or a certified copy of Articles of Incorporation

A certified copy of your Articles of Organization or Articles of Incorporation can be ordered by fax, mail, phone or in person, but we recommend faxing. Normal processing takes up to 3 days, plus additional time for mailing, and costs $5.00 certification fee, plus $5.00 for the first five pages and $.50 per page thereafter. Expedited service is not available.

You will want to provide the Order Form and payment with your cover letter.
By Fax:You will want to provide the Order Form with a normal fax cover sheet. DO NOT send your credit card information by fax. You may pay by prepaid account or credit card. Make note if you would like to pay by credit card and they will call you when your request is processed and ready for payment. They will take your credit card information by phone.
By Phone:Called in requests are accepted and they can give you a specific timeframe for processing as well as the specific fee. You will want to have the business name and credit card handy when making your call.
In Person:Requested documents can usually be provided the same day. You will want to have your payment handy.
