There are two options for filing your Louisiana Annual Report. They are:
Charities must register and renew each year with the LA Department of Justice, Public Protection Division. A link to the forms may be found below. The form need to be mailed in with the renewal fee. LA Charities are required to also be registered as a nonprofit organization with the Louisiana Secretary of State.

None. After three years, Louisiana will finally dissolve or revoke you.

An officer or director, manager, member, partner or agent can file the annual report.
