When is the Minnesota Annual Report due?
Minnesotra LLC's and corporations are due December 31st every year.
What is the cost to file the Minnesota annual report?
LLC's do not have a filing fee associated with their annual report. Corporations that are domiciled in Minnesota also do not have a filing fee, but a foreign corporation, meaning a corporation from South Dakota, Michigan, Illinois or any state registered to do business in Minnesota, has a $135.00 filing fee.
Late fees?
If not filed, it becomes inactive and anyone can take your name. There is a $25.00 reinstatement fee.
