How to file your Missouri Corporations Division Annual Report:
You can file your Missouri annual and initial reports online. You have an initial report due for corporations doing business in Missouri after you make your first filing. Then they are due each year. You have to list at least three officers and one director. When you make your first initial report, it will then pre-populate the annual report with last years information. Filing online will not take you very long and is fairly painless. Missouri LLC's do not file annual reports, only corporations.
