If an error was made (such as a misspelling or incorrect address) in your initial filing, you can file a Statement of Correction form. If
your articles of incorporation need to change, you’ll need to file the Amendment of Articles of Incorporation form.
Are there any specifics you can or can’t include with a Missouri Corporation amendment?
The articles of incorporation may be amended however you’d like, as long as the amended articles of incorporation contain only provisions that may be lawfully contained in articles of incorporation (in Missouri) at the time of filing your amendment.

To amend your corporation in Missouri, a $25 filing fee is required.

Can you change the Missouri Corporation members or managers on an amendment?
Yes. It would be a change to your original articles of organization.
Can you change the Missouri registered agent on the amendment?
You are not able to change your registered agent on the Amendment form. You will need to provide the completed Statement of Change of Registered Agent form, to the Secretary of State by mail, fax or in person. There is an additional $10 fee required.
Can you change the principal office address and/or the mailing address on a corporation amendment?
That’s not really what it’s for. To change the address you should file a: Statement of change of Registered Agent and/or Registered Office by a Foreign or Domestic For Profit or Nonprofit Corporation or a Limited Liability Company. There is a $10 filing fee.
