How to file your Nebraska Corporations Division Biennial Report:
Nebraska has biennial reports for LLC's and corporations. The corporation reports are called Nebraska Occupation Tax reports.
Biennial reports are good and bad. Good because you only have to do it every other year. Bad, because when you get them, you might forget what they are.
LLC's are due April 1st on odd years, and corporations are due March 1st on even years.
The reports are mailed to your registered agent and not available on the State website. You better have a Nebraska registered agent you can trust to get the Nebraska biennial reports to you, as it is time consuming to get another one made. They come pre-printed with your information currently on record. There is no online filing system. You can call the NE SOS below and request another one if your Nebraska registered agent dropped the ball. You can also email Nebraska at with a new address you would like a report mailed to.
