Nevada corporations must file an initial list of officers within 30 days of incorporation. The fee for the initial report is $125.00.

The Nevada Secretary of State requires an annual report, which is due 1 year from the time you file by the end of the month. The minimum filing fee is $125.00. The annual filing fee for corporations will be based on the total number of shares provided for in the articles.

There is no Nevada Corporate net income tax. However, there is a $200.00 yearly "Business license tax", but it is just a flat fee, and there is no income reporting.

There is no Nevada personal net income tax.

The average Nevada sales tax rate is 7.59%. The State has a 6.85% tax, but the average local tax is .74% making a total of 7.59%.

There are also a lot of extra hotel and tourism taxes.
