You must order an approval letter before you submit any paperwork to the State and submit the approval with your State filing (or any abbreviation or derivative of). The following words will need approval: acceptance endowment loan annuity fidelity mortgage assurance finance savings bank guaranty surety benefit indemnity title bond insurance trust casualty investment underwriter doctor lawyer union labor exchange council industrial organization blind handicapped school education elementary secondary kindergarten prekindergarten preschool nursery school museum history historical historical society arboretum library college university Any version of these type of words will also be denied without an approval letter from the governing State agency.
