How to order a certified copy of Articles of Organization or a certified copy of Articles of Incorporation

Normal processing takes up to 7 days, plus additional time for mailing, and costs $5.00 for certification, plus $1.00 per page. Expedited service is available for $25.00 more and should take less than 1 hour, plus additional time for mailing.

In Person:An additional $25.00 fee is required for counter service and is considered expedited processing. Requested documents can usually be provided within 1 hour. You will want to have your payment handy. Their office hours for walk in service are 8:30 am to 3:30 pm.
