In America, you incorporate a corporation or form an LLC at the state level. You need to pick a state. Most people feel more comfortable with states like Delaware, Wyoming, Nevada, Montana, Oregon, or Idaho.

Here's the difference in our service. We act as your registered agent, which is required in any state. You must maintain a registered agent to keep your company in good standing. Our business, Northwest Registered Agent, LLC. is registered in every state to act as your agent. We bill $125 a year to be your agent. This is how we make our money. We don't have high one-time fees to incorporate you. Unlike other websites, that charge a lot of money for NON-US residents, we charge a nominal fee, and then make our money by maintaining your company year after year. We are looking for long term clients. There are many websites out there offering the incorporation service, with high fees. They only collect money from you once, so they have to charge you more. Then they turn around and have to hire someone like us anyway!

Here's a rundown of our simple fees.

1. State fees: This depends on which state you pick, but runs anywhere from $50-$200
2. Our one time incorporation fee: $100
3. Our annual registered agent service: $125 a year
4. Apostille and overnight UPS shipping: $400
   This is only if your home country needs this. If your home country is not part of the Hague convention, we can get everything legalized by the US. Department of State, and then approved by your embassy in the US. This is a longer process than the Apostille, and usually adds up to around $250 to sometimes $600 depending on your embassy's fees.
5. UPS, FedEx, or US Post mail if you need and apostille or legalization hard copy mailed back home. Usually around $125. If you don't need an apostille, we email everything to you at no charge.
6. If you need a US federal tax ID number and don't have a social security number, this is $200
7. You can sign up below if your credit card will work. Some out of country clients can't get their cards to work online, so you can send money via Western Union, and we will pick it up at a local branch here in Couer D Alene, Idaho.

So, if all you need is a company formed, you'll be in and out in a matter of days for about $300
