How to get a Certificate of Good Standing from the Oklahoma Secretary of State

A certificate of good standing in the State of Oklahoma can be ordered by mail, in person, or online, but we recommend online. Online processing costs $20.00 and usually takes 1 hour. Normal processing takes up to 3 days, plus additional time for mailing, and costs $20.00. Expedited service is not available.

Go to their website and follow the instructions provided under “Entity Orders” to pay for, search and print a certificate. You will be able to authenticate, view and print the certificate yourself within 1 hour. You will want to have your credit card handy. A 4% charge will be added for credit card processing.


By Mail:

You will want to provide the business name, payment, return address information, specific request and a daytime phone number for any questions.

In Person:

Requested documents can usually be provided within 1 hour at no additional charge. You will want to have your payment handy.

No. However, online processing usually takes only 1 hour.
