Normal processing takes up to 7 days, plus additional time for mailing, and costs $15.00. Expedited service is not available, however, in person orders are processed while you wait.

How much does it cost to obtain a certified copy of Oregon Articles of Incorporation or Oregon Articles of Organization?

$15.00 for counter service and normal processing.
