To make amendments to your Oregon Corporation, you provide the completed Oregon Articles of Amendment – Business/Professional form and provide them to the Oregon Secretary of State Corporation Division by mail, in person to the Customer Service Desk or by fax with a Fax Cover Sheet. Original signature is NOT required.

Are there any specifics you can or can’t include

You can’t change the entity name on this form. Oregon form Restated Articles of Incorporation – Business/Professional is used for changing the name of your corporation.

cost?

To amend your corporation in Oregon, there is a $100.00 filing fee required.
If the only amendment is a change for President/Secretary, there is no filing fee.
