The State education department of the University of the State of New York, New York Board of Pharmacy requires nonresident pharmacy companies, and nonresident manufacturers, wholesalers, and repackers to register with the New York State board of Pharmacy.

During this process you will have to have a registered agent for service of process in New York State. A resident agent is a company that accepts legal paperwork on your behalf. Please see:
