Will you set up a bank account for me?
We don't set up bank accounts. But if you are wondering what your bank will require, all you have to do is call them and ask. Usually they want to see your filed articles, EIN, and some language (which we include) in your documents (operating agreement, bylaws, and initial resolutions) that says you are authorized to open an account.
