There are many different registered agent pricing structures out there.  Our registered agent fee is $125 a year.  If you have more than one entity in the same state, we give you a discounted registered agent fee of $100 per entity.  If you need 4-9 states, we give you a discounted registered agent fee of $115 a year.  If you require 10 or more states, we provide a discounted registered agent fee of $100.

All of our prices are flat rate pricing. We have clients switch to our registered agent service on a regular basis. We hear about the registered agent bills they get every month where they are charged for forwarding fees.  When you add up all the fees for mail forwarding that can be incurred over the course of a year, this can be expensive.

One of the unique things about our registered agent fee is that it includes digital scanning and electronic forwarding of your items.  We are the only national registered agent that LOCALLY scans ALL items we receive into your online account.  By offering scanned documents in an online account, our clients can rest easily knowing the flat rate registered agent fee they pay us upfront, is their total cost for the year.
