To resign as commercial registered office provider in Pennsylvania, you provide the completed Statement of Change of Registered Office by Agent (DSCB: 15-108) form to the Department of State by mail or in person, along with the filing fee.

You are required to furnish to the entity without delay, a copy of the above form filed with the Pennsylvania Department of State. Notification of intent to resign prior to filing the resignation is not required.
