There are many registered agent services.  We list some of the top registered agent services here:

CT Corporation:  The biggest by far.  (Also owns National Registered Agents Inc and Bizfilings Inc.

CSC Corporation Service Company:  2nd biggest

LegalZoom:  3rd biggest registered agent service, but it’s not even close to the big 2 registered agents.  No one will realistically be anywhere on the same planet as CT and CSC as far as the amount of clients currently served.

Incorp Services Inc: 4th biggest registered agent

Northwest Registered Agent LLC:  The Rudy story!  The David vs. Goliath story of the 2000’s. 

The fact is that you would probably be happy with any of the above registered agent services.  It really comes down to who you want to give your money to and who you want to deal with on a regular basis. 

We put a lot of effort into making the experience you have with us easy, quick, and not annoying.  We would obviously hope that you will be happier with our registered agent services than other services you may find.  There are a lot of random websites offering registered agent services, but the main players are the companies we list here for you.  If you do not decide to use our registered agent service, we would recommend choosing one of the above companies to act as your registered agent.
