You can reinstate your corporation in Florida by submitting your reinstatement electronically online at the link below, or by submitting the paper form. The form Corporation Reinstatement must be completed and delivered to the Department of State with all applicable reinstatement fees by mail or in person.

How much will it cost to revive a Florida Corporation?

The reinstatement fee for a profit corporation is $600. You must also pay all missed annual report fees of $150 per year since dissolution.

How long does it take the state to process the filing?

An online reinstatement is processed in two to three days. The mailed form will be processed in approximately one week. Walk in documents may have same-day processing while you wait when requested at no additional charge.
