If you want to reinstate your dissolved LLC in Florida, you have two options; to file it online at the Department of State Website linked below. You may also download the Limited Liability Company Reinstatement form, fill it in completely and submit it to the Secretary of State by mail or in person, along with all necessary fees.

How much will it cost to revive a Florida LLC?

The reinstatement fee is $100 and the annual report fee is $138.75 per year since dissolution.

How long does it take the state to process the filing?

Online processing is two to three days. Reinstatements received by mail are processed in approximately one week. You may also request same-day service while you wait when you file in person.
