How to reinstate a Kansas Limited Liability Company:
Kansas allows foreign and domestic LLCs to reinstate following revocation of the articles or certificate.
If an LLC is terminated for failure to file an annual report or to pay the fee, the LLC may be reinstated by submitting a Kansas Limited Liability Company Certificate of Reinstatement, the past due annual report(s), and all fees and penalties due to the SOS. All the reinstatement documents should be submitted together in one envelope. Submit one original in person, by mail, or by fax. You can file for reinstatement online as well. If you file by fax, there is an additional $20 fee.
If the LLC dissolved voluntarily, it may not file for reinstatement or revocation of the termination.
