To reinstate your dissolved corporation you must go to Louisiana Secretary of State Website, Corporations tab and click on Search Database. Type in your company name and select the reinstatement. A prepopulated form with your business information and instructions will be ready for you to finish online or print out and mail in with the filing fee. You must also file your last annual report.

The filing fee for application for reinstatement is $60, plus your last delinquent annual report and fee of $25.

A corporate revival in Louisiana will be processed in seven to ten days.
