There is no form available online for reinstating your Washington Corporation. However, you can contact the Washington Secretary of State’s office; they will provide you with a Reinstatement form and calculate your fee. Call the Corporations Division at (360) 725-0377.

How much will it cost to revive a Washington Corporation?

To revive your Washington Corporation, you will need to call the Washington Secretary of State, Corporation Division to find out the specific filing fees required. The phone number to call for the reinstatement information is (360) 725-0377. The corporation will have to pay all fees and penalties that have been assessed during the period of dissolution, plus a reinstatement surcharge, which is currently $140. After 5 years, you would have to start over with the normal Washington Corporation filing fee.

Expedited service is available for additional $50.

How long does it take the state to process the filing?

Reinstatements will be processed in approximately one month. You can request expedited service that usually means your document will be processed in three or four days; one week max.
You will want to request a file stamped copy in your cover letter.
