There is no form available online for reinstating your Washington LLC. However, if you contact the Washington Secretary of State’s office, they will provide you with a Reinstatement form. Call (360) 725-0377.

How much will it cost to revive a Washington LLC?

To revive your Washington Limited Liability Company, you will need to call the Washington Secretary of State’s office to find out the specific filing fees required. The phone number to call for the reinstatement information is (360) 725-0377. The LLC will have to pay all fees and penalties that have been assessed during the period of dissolution, plus a reinstatement surcharge, which is currently $140. After 5 years, you would have to start over as a new company with the normal Washington LLC filing fee.

Expedited service may be requested for an additional $50.

How long does it take the state to process the filing?

A reinstatement can be processed in approximately one month unless you request expedited service, which will have your reinstatement processed in about one week.
