- Pretty low income tax rates. Thanks Wal-Mart! The state of Arkansas probably makes as much income tax off just Wal-Mart employees as the rest of the entire state combined.
Cons
- Insanely high franchise tax report based off the value of the company. This entire tax structure was probably created to make it possible to send Wal-Mart a monster tax bill each year.
