Pros
NM has great laws and anonymity for LLCs. NM LLCs don’t have annual reports, making them nice to maintain.
Cons
NM has one of the worst annual report systems for foreign corporations. Sit down and make sure your brain is turned on for this one! There is also an initial report due after making a filing where you reiterate the exact same information you just gave the Corporations Commission and pay another fee.
NM now takes forever to process filings. They used to be fast, but they are horrible now.
