When is the Annual Report Due?
April 1st, or on the first day of the 4th month after the close of your accounting year.
What is the cost to file the Tennessee annual report?
Domestic corporations are $20.00 if there are no changes.Foreign corporations are $300.00.
LLC's are $300.00 minimum, but could be more if there are more than 6 members. It costs $50.00 per member, up to a $3,000.00 maximum.
Late fees?
Delinquent reports can be filed within 4.5 months of the due date. After that, you're dissolved and have a revocation of your corporate charter.
