Both corporations and LLC's are due July 1st.

What is the cost to file the West Virginia annual report?

Late fees?

You'll receive a penalty if it gets revoked for failure to file the annual report. Corporations are $100.00 plus interest and LLC's are $25.00 plus normal report fees.

Payment options?

LLC's can pay with Credit card online, but corporations need to pay with check.

How do I get notified?

For Corporations, you'll get the report mailed to your principal mailing address around May 1st.
LLC's get the report mailed to the principal address around the first part of January.
